Tricia Hurley

Tricia’s teaching focus is that of love, compassion and kindness. In every class, she weaves her deep love and practice of spiritual and yoga philosophies with an asana practice that honors each person’s sacred space. Tricia’s mission is to be a catalyst, empowering others to break cycles and habits that no longer serve them. She teaches from a place of empowerment, sharing her experiences of authentically practicing yoga on and off the mat. It is Tricia's passion to dedicate her life to the spiritual path and to share her learning and wisdom with anyone who wishes to incorporate yoga into their life. She holds a special place in her heart for bringing the joy of yoga to prenatal women and newly post partum mothers. In her free time she volunteers as a mentor for pregnant and parenting teens.
