Sound familiar? You’re ready to teach your class. You’ve planned a beautiful sequence, you’ve got your playlist set, you’ve memorized your alignment and transition cueing, you feel confident and connected and excited! 😃
Then a student walks in with a wrist brace, or a knee brace, or a pregnant belly! A student calls you over to caution they get dizzy when they forward bend, or they have neuropathy in their feet making them unstable. Maybe it’s even their first class back after a joint replacement. 😮
Oh💩 ! What do you do?
Your 200 Hour Training gave you the basics, but these situations are definitely not basic.
This beyond-the-basics workshop illuminates the 5 most essential things you need to know to keep all your students safe and moving, while you skillfully and seamlessly adapt for anyone in the room. From knee issues to shoulders and wrists, pregnancy and balance issues, you’ll leave this workshop with the confidence to greet all students with your smile and your skill. 😃
