April 27 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm| $30 – $40
Join Dom and Melinda for a dynamic afternoon focused on awakening joy in your heart, through combining the powerful practices of Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Kundalini Yoga is a scientific technology that combines kriya (a sequence of postures, and breath), mantra (sound vibration) and mediation. Think of it as a physical practice with a side of spiritual enlightenment.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation; unique in that it is performed while resting in a supported savasana. Throughout the meditation you are systematically guided on a journey into states of deep and restful relaxation.
As standalone practices, Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra are profoundly transformative; when paired together the effects are amplified.
Come experience a more balanced, bountiful and blissful you through the merging of these two dynamic practices.
