Join us for a special event for Soul of Yoga Members only with Malin.

Awaken your breath. Regulate your system. Return to center.

This breath-centered practice combines rhythmic breathing, purposeful breath holds, and guided inner focus to support your body’s natural ability to regulate, release, and reset. Grounded in nervous system science and the wisdom of embodied awareness, RhythmReset™ helps clear internal tension and reconnect you to your own steady rhythm.

You’ll be guided through breath sequences that invite presence, clarity, and deep restoration — followed by stillness, sound, and integration.

No experience is needed. Just bring your breath — and a willingness to meet what’s here.

Come prepared to be cozy while lying on the floor for 60 minutes.  A soft blanket, eye mask and comfortable clothing are recommended. Soul of Yoga does have props to loan but you are always welcome to bring your own.

Please note that you must have a current and active membership with Soul of Yoga in order to attend this event.
