How much of the training can I do by recordings only?

What materials or books are required for this training?

There is very limited required materials or books.  The Yoga Toolbox asana manual is required.  There will be many other books presented as suggestions along the teacher training, and you can choose to read more where you have a genuine drive and curiosity to explore.
