Join Merry under the first Half Moon of the year for a magical evening of deep rest and healing in a candlelit, starlit sanctuary. Immerse yourself in a profoundly restorative experience as Merry fills the space with healing light, guiding you to set your intentions (Sankalpa) followed by a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation. This guided practice will calm your mind, ease tension, and support your body’s natural healing abilities.

Bring your journal and a pen as we will start with a meditation and a few minutes to journal your heart’s felt desires (intentions) for this new year.

Following the Yoga Nidra, Merry will bath you in the cleansing vibrations of a sound healing journey. The sound bath will feature Alchemy & frosted crystal bowls, music therapy harp, chimes, a gong, Tibetan bowls, and more, creating an immersive soundscape designed to regulate your nervous system, reduce inflammation, and boost your physical and mental well-being.

The half moon represents balance, decision, and transition. It’s the midpoint between the new moon (beginnings, inner work) and the full moon (completion, manifestation), symbolizing a threshold phase—a time of choice, momentum, and personal power.

Event Details & What to Bring:

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to park, check in, and settle into your space so we can begin on time.
  • Bring your yoga mat and anything you need for a cozy, supported shavasana (soft mats, extra pillows/bolsters, eye masks, blankets, etc.).
  • 1 bolster and 1 blanket will be provided per guest, but feel free to bring extras items for ultimate comfort.
  • Dress in comfortable, cozy clothes for deep relaxation.
