June 18, 2026There’s a lovely person to answer the phone if you have questions and checks you in at the front counter. It makes for a calm and welcoming environment. Many studios have the yoga instructor at the front checking you in. I prefer an instructor that has time to create a safe space and the calm and clarity to focus on teaching.

May 25, 2026I love Soul of Yoga. Even though it's 10 miles from my home, it's well worth the drive to get there. I am never disappointed by the classes and always feel transformed when I leave. I love that as a member with "unlimited" status, when I can't make it in person, I can always catch the classes on line, and the video set up works very well. Being there is always best, but the live video of the classes are just as powerful. I haven't tried all the classes or teachers yet, but have tried enough of them to feel confident saying they're all wonderful! There is something for everyone whether you want an active flow or a relaxing restorative class. I highly recommend this wonderful Yoga studio/community.
