February 9-13, 2026 ~ 50 Hours (Live stream and in-person) 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (PST) each day
Kundalini awakening is the sacred art of bringing dormant aspects of yourself into conscious awareness—integrating them in a way that allows your full, radiant self to emerge. In this immersive 50-hour specialty training, you’ll receive the essential tools to safely and skillfully guide others through a transformational journey, class by class.
Rooted in traditional Kundalini Shakti practices and enriched by modern techniques, this training honors the pace of each individual’s awakening. You’ll explore how Kundalini doesn’t need to be forced—it flows naturally when supported by conscious breath, dynamic asana, mantra, and subtle body awareness. Whether you’re deepening your personal practice or preparing to teach, this training empowers you to embody and transmit the awakening process with clarity, care, and confidence.
You’ll finish fully prepared to lead a range of kundalini style classes and support students through all stages of awakening—from chakra balancing to deeper energetic activation.
