Join Merry under the rays of the luminous Full Moon for a deeply restorative and healing experience in a candlelit, starlit setting. She will guide you through chakra meditations supported by alchemy crystal bowls, harmonium, seed sounds (bija mantras) and visualizations. You’ll be invited to set your intentions (Sankalpas) before immersing in a cleansing sound bath featuring alchemy & frosted crystal bowls, music therapy harp, chimes, a gong, Tibetan bowls, and more.
This offering helps you enter a deeply relaxed state that supports nervous system regulation, reduces inflammation, and boosts your natural healing response, benefiting all layers of physical, mental & spiritual health and harmonizing the bodies energy flow. The Full Moon’s energy will amplify the healing currents—just come, rest, and receive.

Research Highlight: A study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine found that an hour-long sound meditation using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments significantly reduced tension, pain, anxiety, fatigue, and depression while enhancing spiritual well-being. What are Chakras?
Chakras are energy centers within the human body, originating from ancient Indian spiritual traditions, particularly within yoga and Ayurveda. The word chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit, reflecting the concept of spinning energy points in the body. These chakras are believed to correspond to different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Step into a space of deep healing and connection. We can’t wait to share this beautiful experience with you.
About the Facilitator:
Merry has been practicing yoga since moving to California from the East Coast in 2003. What began as a way to support her marathon running grew into a deep appreciation for yogic practices and philosophy. She is highly trained and certified as a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500 teacher, and YACEP education provider.
“Yoga has expanded my awareness; I live from a more heart-centered place than ever before. It is an incredible honor to share it.”
Of the many yogic paths, she feels most connected to Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion) —leading Kirtan, training others, and founding The Soul of Yoga’s monthly Kirtan Club in 2018. Join her the 1st Saturday of each month!
She is also a Direct Divine Light Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Metaphysician, and a gifted Sound Healer, offering a compassionate space for students to explore the connection of mind, body, and spirit. She shares her gifts in public classes and private 1:1 sessions.
Outside the studio, Merry loves traveling (especially bhakti travel!) , the outdoors, Kirtans, and hugs.
