Discover How Plants Can Heal Your Body By Actually Feeling It Happen

This class allows you to experience firsthand how non-psychoactive plants actually work for the health of your body. This style of teaching is experiential and hands-on by engaging all of your senses in the learning process, going beyond lecture and creating understanding solidified in memory – which eliminates the need to memorize plant names and properties.

During the class, you’ll sip single-herb tea infusions while being guided through exactly what’s happening inside of you as you notice how your body is responding to the plant you’re consuming. Scientific findings and historical uses of the plant will be shared to corroborate your felt experience. You’ll understand the science behind herbal medicine and walk away knowing how to use these powerful plants safely and effectively.

Includes:

  • Direct experience with 2 medicinal plants per session (non-psychoactive, completely safe)
  • The exact brewing methods I use to extract each plant’s medicinal qualities
  • Scientific backing for everything you experience
  • A sensory approach that makes learning stick (no boring memorization required)
  • Hands-on knowledge you can use immediately

By the end of this class, you’ll have a completely new relationship with herbal plant medicine and the confidence to add more natural remedies to your home apothecary/medicine cabinet.

All plants shared in class are selected and brewed for the safety of interacting with various health concerns, medications, etc. Should you desire to attend but not consume the teas brewed, you will be provided an alternative external option to tangibly work with the plant without internal consumption. If you have any questions about the safety of these herbals, please email info@pathlighthealing.com prior to registering.

About the Facilitator:  Corinne Feinberg has been teaching herbalism from an intuitive perspective since 2015, with workshops held throughout the northeastern United States and in southern California, as a way to foster a deeper connection between humankind and the natural world through felt experience. She taught the Folk Herbal Medicine class monthly at the San Diego Botanic Garden in Encinitas from 2023-2024, in addition to group events telling the stories of herbal medicinal plants paired with sound healing, leading plant identification walks for wild, edible and medicinal plants throughout San Diego, and co-taught The Beauty Way – an herbal medicine and gardening mentorship in Oceanside.

Corinne has over 400 hours of formal herbal medicine study over the last 10 years, including a 2-year herbalism apprenticeship with The Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education in Vermont, and continued tutelage with Robin Rose Bennett, 7Song of the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, and NY’s Open Center’s Year-long Green Medicine Herbalism Training with Peeka Trenkle. She also consults clients one-on-one in reversing chronic illness, especially in health situations where you’ve tried everything but still aren’t feeling better. It was Corinne’s own health experience in reversing her own Chronic Lyme Disease, autoimmunity, mycotoxin illness, and finding the root cause of hormonal dysfunction, digestive distress, and long-term Covid that set her on the path to share her out-of-the-box knowledge with others in a similar position.

In addition to being an herbalist, Corinne is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Expert Practitioner, and is eligible to sit for board certifications as a Doctor of Naturopathy.
