A Kundalini and Subtle Body Immersion

Kundalini draws people who feel something deeper moving beneath the surface of practice.

At some point, curiosity turns into discernment. You begin to ask where these teachings come from, what is truly happening in the body, and how to work with energy in a way that is honest and grounded.

This immersion gives you that.

We center Shakti Kundalini Yoga, grounded in traditional frameworks where awakening is prepared for through practice and not forced through intensity.

You will study:

  • Breath, bandha, mudra, mantra, and kriya as tools that shape energy
  • Subtle anatomy as a lived system, not just a concept
  • Awakening as a process of reorganization, not a peak experience
  • How to work with energy in ways that are safe, skillful, and sustainable

Where modern Kundalini methods are included, they are clearly labeled so you always know the source and can choose your relationship to them.

What Makes This Approach Different

This training is grounded in the understanding of Kundalini as Shakti, the living force of consciousness moving through the body and subtle system.

Rather than pushing for activation, this approach emphasizes:

  • Preparing the system so energy can move without overwhelm
  • Clearing accumulated tension, patterning, and energetic congestion
  • Working directly with prana through breath, sound, and attention
  • Supporting integration as much as activation

Kundalini is not something you make happen.

It is something you learn how to work with, listen to, and allow to unfold.

How We Teach and What You Gain:

This immersion is built on experience.

You leave not just inspired, but changed in how you understand and guide energy.

  • Clarity. Understand the difference between traditional teachings and modern adaptations without confusion.

  • Safety. Learn progressive methods that prepare the body and nervous system for deeper energetic work.

  • Choice. Receive multiple pathways for mantra, sequencing, and teaching so your work reflects your values.

  • Depth. Build a personal sadhana that purifies, stabilizes, and awakens over time.

  • Relevance. Learn how to translate subtle body teachings into classes that are accessible and real for modern students.

What you will practice:

This is a practice-based training. You will not stay in theory.

You will work directly with the tools that shape awakening:

  • Breath mechanics and bandha for directing energy
  • Kriya design for specific energetic effects
  • Mantra and sound as vibrational tools for transformation
  • Cleansing and preparatory practices that clear pathways in the system
  • Subtle anatomy including chakras, nadis, and prana vayus
  • Meditation practices that work beyond the thinking mind

You will also begin to understand how samskaras and karmic patterning surface and release as energy becomes more active.

Teaching and Holding Space

Alongside your own practice, you learn how to guide others through these processes with care and awareness.

This includes:

  • Sequencing classes that build progressively
  • Teaching breath-led movement and energy-aware practices
  • Using language that is grounded, respectful, and clear
  • Recognizing signs of energetic opening and how to respond
  • Supporting integration rather than pushing for experience

You are learning how to hold something real, not just lead a class.

Who This Is For:

  • Practitioners who want to understand Kundalini beyond surface-level experience
  • Yoga teachers who want to integrate energy-based practices into their teaching
  • Kundalini teachers seeking a more traditional and transparent foundation
  • Healers and therapists working with subtle body and energetic processes
  • Graduates of 200- or 300-hour programs who want to deepen their skillset

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use Sikh mantras?

No. You will learn both Sanskrit mantra options and those used in modern lineages. You choose what aligns with your path and the communities you serve.

Is this safe if I’m new to Kundalini?

Yes. The training is progressive and emphasizes preparation, pacing, and awareness. You are never pushed into experiences your system is not ready for.

What is Kundalini, really?

Kundalini is the energetic potential within the human system that, when activated, begins to reorganize the body, mind, and consciousness. It is not just an experience, it is a process.

What is subtle anatomy and why does it matter?

Subtle anatomy describes the energetic structure of the body, including chakras, nadis, and prana. Without understanding this, Kundalini practices lack depth and direction.

Will I experience an awakening during this training?

Kundalini awakening can happen in an instant or it can happen over time. We focus is building capacity, understanding the process, and developing a relationship with the practices so that you can guide yourself, and others, safely.

Can I teach after this training?

Yes. You will be able to teach Kundalini-informed classes and integrate these practices into your existing work with confidence and care.

How is this different from other Kundalini trainings?

This training centers traditional frameworks, emphasizes preparation over intensity, and offers full transparency about modern methods so you can teach with integrity.
