Our mission is to provide a safe, honoring and sacred space for community. To facilitate the harmonious development of the mind, body, heart and spirit of each individual through yoga, meditation, spiritual study and service. To foster the practical application of spiritual principles in daily life.

In addition to yoga classes, Soul of Yoga offerings include the Sundara College Yoga Teacher Training Program, Sundara College Yoga Spiritual Studies, private yoga instruction, restorative yoga with crystal bowls, spiritual counseling, chanting, kirtan, meditation, and prenatal and postnatal (Mommy and Me) yoga. Soul of Yoga serves San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Cardiff, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos and Escondido areas. Reverends Tom Kelly and Trisha Kelly are also San Diego wedding officiants.
