Ayurveda Self Care ~ Guided by Nature

Knowledge of Ayurveda allows us to recognize our own patterns and be able to take action to self-correct our course. There’s a wide range of simple therapeutic responses in this system of personal, dynamic and practical self care. We start gaining knowledge and becoming more stable in ourselves while also seeking objective guidance from trained practitioners and medically trained clinical Vaidya (Ayurveda Doctors in India).

Health through Ayurveda is a community and a continuum of care – we learn self-care and can then share general guidance with our friends and family. We also know when it is time to seek and receive professional care. This experience leads many of us to train in this clinical science for a career in Ayurveda Lifestyle Counseling. Step in and discover where your passion lies and know you are entering a wisdom system that has cared for and guided people for thousands of years. It is something we can trust and work with at all levels – physical health, mental and emotional balance and spiritual growth.

Join us in community for our First Friday gatherings and monthly workshops to support each other on this journey to self care guided by nature.

Excessive sexual and sensual indulgence can become an area of imbalance when engaged in excessively and/or inappropriately. Self restraint allows us to live in a body mind system that feels more stable and strong. It is the best way to shore up the strength of our immune system. Learn how to live life as a smoother journey with a well-considered aspirational intention, not a roller-coaster ride, that we can barely sustain.
