Every moment is precious. Every moment is a living expression of the Great Mystery—the unfathomable intelligence that births and guides all things. Every moment provides us the opportunity to realize this Mystery as our true home and source from which our life flows. There’s no need here to strive for perfection or control. The Mystery ever-flows through each of us, shaping our every experience and always here to guide us back to our true nature. We just need to know how to recognize, align, and surrender to this Mysterious force within. During retreat we’ll slow down, settle into presence, and acclimate to the subtle rhythms of life and attune to the life force that’s moving us.

In meditation, we’ll rest in and as awareness—open, receptive, and free from judgment. Through body and breath practices, we’ll connect deeply to the sensations that anchor us in the present. Self-inquiry will invite us to inquire, “Who am I?”—not to find answers, but to touch the truth that lies beyond thought and ego. And in authentic dialogue, we’ll share insights and reflections, supporting one another as we deepen into the Mystery.

True wisdom comes not from striving, but from surrendering to life’s natural unfolding. By letting go of fixed goals and concepts, we free ourselves to experience the Mystery and each moment as it is—alive, dynamic, and ever-present. In this openness, we realize our Essential Nature: the stillness and presence that animates all things.

Journey with us into the heart of being where awareness, presence, and the Mystery are one.

Steeping in silence during retreat nourishes inner reflection, while social interaction grows our ability to integrate the wisdom we receive into daily life. Therefore, our retreat provides both periods of group silence and opportunities for social interaction around the teachings that are being offered. The meditation hall always remains in silence, and those who wish to remain in silence elsewhere during retreat will be offered “Loving Silence” badges so others can respect their desire for maintaining silent self-reflection. Those joining the retreat from home will be encouraged to explore periods of silence during their daily schedule.

Days will offer periods of BodySensing, BreathSensing, and iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation to enhance the ability to recognize and release restrictive emotional and cognitive patterns, as well as silent and guided sitting and walking meditation for self-reflection, contemplative self-inquiry, and intimate dialogue.
