In this Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training module we will be studying:

• Yoga for life: childhood, adulthood, aging, and death
• The Kleshas and yogic lifecycle
• Maintaining a personal practice
• Ayurveda and self-care
• Holding space and the sacred container
• Marketing and ethics

36 hour immersion which can be used for 30 hours CEUs or personal enrichment.
