About the Facilitator:

Jenna Miller combines her expertise as a certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and holistic health practitioner to address digestive wellness from every angle. After her own journey through burnout, leaky gut, hypothyroid and hormone imbalances, Jenna discovered the healing power of combining yoga with targeted nutrition. Thanks to this integrated approach using nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle changes, she no longer needs medications and feels better in her 40s than she did in her 20s.
