Manage optional tracking below. Videos, classes and newsletter signup are available with either choice. Changes are saved automatically on this browser.

Analytics — understand how visitors use our website with Google Analytics and PostHog. Optional measurement — measure advertising and form referrals; allow contact matching where configured.

Newsletter subscriptions and SMS permission are separate. Turning tracking off stops future measurement; it does not recall data already sent.

Affiliate details used at checkout to credit the person who referred you are kept separately for up to 120 days. These choices do not cancel an existing referral or change affiliate credit on purchases.

Videos connect to YouTube when played. Newsletter signup is provided by Emma. Your browser’s privacy signal disables advertising tracking without disabling these features.
