If you can’t stop checking your phone, eating cookies, or indulging in any other form of unfavorable behavior...then guess what? You’re completely human!
Being completely human too, I often need some sage support on my spiritual path. Sometimes I do so well! And sometimes I can fall back into old unhealthy patterns which always results in my beating myself up. When I find something that helps I like to share it.
