TEACHER BIO’S
Jen Booker currently teach Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra at the Soul of Yoga. She leads sound healings, ceremonies and community gathering events. Her teaching style is a blend of Ayurvedic principles, elemental energetics, ecstatic movement and metaphysics.
Her passions are dancing, traveling and celebrating life with Souls like YOU! “It is my intention, with a pure and open heart, to guide and support you on your journey inward.”

Jen Carqueville is a heart-guided Yoga Instructor and Sound Practitioner. She loves to hold space to heal, uplift, and center. Jen teaches Kundalini Yoga and offers Sound Healings in studio classes, private sessions, and retreats throughout San Diego County. Jen’s favorite saying that guides her on and off the mat is, “Everyone is a teacher and a student”. She is excited to connect with you at FLOURISH 🌸

Sonia Rodriguez is a Sound Healer, Dance and Movement facilitator, and leads vocal exploration. Sonia draws on experience from her thirty years as a dance teacher and trainer to facilitate a sacred space where souls can connect to their Divine source, find healing and soulfully express themselves.
Sonia completed a 100-Hour Sound Healing Certification in 2019 and became a registered Yoga Alliance Teacher in 2022. Both certificates were achieved through the Soul Of Yoga Institute. Sonia teaches and continues to further her education specifically in the area of Yin and Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing.
In addition, Sonia is on the pathway to receiving a Divine Light Healing Certificate through the Spiritual Arts Institute located in Encinitas, CA. She infuses the Divine Light and its beautiful properties in all of her endeavors.
