An evening of heart-opening, mind-expanding, and deeply restorative healing with sacred cacao, breathwork, and an immersive didgeridoo sound bath.
We begin with intention setting as we welcome the medicine of ceremonial cacao, allowing it to warm the heart, expand awareness, and activate the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Known for increasing blood flow to the brain, cacao enhances focus, supports detoxification, and strengthens the immune system. More importantly, it opens a portal to deeper inner wisdom, amplifying the potency of our breathwork practice.
Our breathwork meditation uses a rhythmic, focused breath through the mouth to quiet the overactive mind, clear stagnant energy, and release emotional blockages. This practice often leads to states of deep release, creative flow, and even ecstatic or psychedelic sensations, offering profound clarity and connection.
We then transition into a multi-instrumental sound journey, featuring up to five didgeridoos played in different keys alongside Himalayan chakra bowls and other vibrational instruments. These ancient sound frequencies guide you into a meditative state, mirroring the deep resonance of the earth and facilitating a journey into a dreamlike transcendence.
We close with gentle integration and grounding, allowing space to absorb the experience—perhaps with more cacao!
