Connect, massage, laugh, play – just love is required for this unique Valentine’s Event.
This fun and playful offering will be guided by E-RYT 500–certified Thai massage therapist and sound healer Ashley Padma. Ashley loves teaching this workshop because it brings people back to something simple and powerful: connection. In a fast-moving world, this experience invites couples to slow down, feel, and truly be with one another.
With years of experience in movement, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation, Ashley weaves these practices together intentionally, creating an environment that feels safe, supportive, and deeply nourishing. Her favorite part is watching couples leave feeling more connected to themselves and each other, carrying these tools home long after the workshop ends.
Event Schedule
The first 45 minutes will focus on a series of playful and simple partner yoga poses practiced together. These poses use gentle, shared resistance—your own and your partner’s—allowing your muscles to relax and stretch while your partner’s support helps your body remain in the pose. With this assistance, you’ll have the opportunity to explore new poses and discover deeper expressions of familiar ones, all while challenging yourself both physically and emotionally by placing your body in another person’s hands. Working together fosters connection, strengthens bonds, and invites you to explore trust in a meaningful way.
The next 45 minutes you will be guided through Thai massage techniques giving each partner an opportunity to give and receive a short massage, learning tools that you can then take home with you.
The final 30 minutes will be devoted to a relaxing sound bath moving through the 5 elements of Earth, Fire, Air, Water, and Ether using over 20 unique instruments.

About the Facilitator:
Ashley Padma is a master 500 E-RYT yoga teacher, with advanced training in Bali and India and over a decade of teaching experience around the world. She brings a rich and diverse background in yoga, offering a wide range of styles including traditional Himalayan, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and meditation.
In addition to her yoga expertise, Ashley is a certified trauma-informed and somatic practitioner, Thai massage therapist, Level 1–3 sound healer, and breathwork facilitator, offering a multidimensional approach to wellness and personal transformation.
Struggling with anxiety and overthinking in her own life, Ashley was drawn to the practices of yoga, breathwork and sound healing. Through these tools, she discovered a profound capacity to calm her mind and regulate her nervous system. Their transformative effect was so powerful that she felt called to share them with others on the path of healing and self-discovery.
She teaches with a holistic, heart-centered approach, drawing from deep Eastern wisdom to create practices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. Known for her gentle guidance and intuitive understanding of individual needs, she creates a supportive, inclusive space where students can safely explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
