2nd chakra – deals with pleasure and is blocked by guilt
3rd chakra – deals with will power and is blocked by shame
4th chakra – deals with love and is blocked by grief
5th chakra – deals with truth and is blocked by lies
6th chakra – deals with insight and is blocked by illusion
7th chakra – deals with cosmic energy and is blocked by ego attachment
Anchor the stability and perfection of who you are designed to be by becoming aware, clearing and anchoring in a new consciousness into your life and into the world, breath by breath. It takes tremendous patience and self-compassion.
