30 Minute Sound Bath integrated with a Divine Light Meditation.

Focused on tuning in and raising our vibration to our higher self of spiritual knowing.

30 Minute Movement Segment.

Allowing us to tune into our bodies as well as the energy fields around us, building focused energy to manifest our desires.

15 Minutes for Journaling and Reflection.

Take time to journal your experience or simply Basque in the vibration of the energy you have received, moved through and created.

Teacher Bio:

In 2019 Sonia completed a 100-hour Foundations of Sound Healing Certification through the Soul of Yoga. She was able to learn from some of the best sound-healing instructors such as Jonathan and Joshua Goldman, WAH!, and Silvia Nakkach. After completing the program Sonia decided to pursue sound healing full-time.

In 2021 Sonia, her husband, and two out of three children transplanted from Vacaville, CA to Encinitas, CA. In March of 2022, She began collaborating with the Sacred Sound Of The Soul by providing weekly Sound Healings at the temple. Sonia currently has regular weekly events featuring Crystal Tones Alchemy Sound Bowls.

In May 2022 Sonia earned her 200 Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certificate through the Soul Of Yoga Institute as well as 30 hours of continuing education credits for Gentle Yoga.

In November 0f 2022, Sonia began holding dance and movement classes at the Soul Of Yoga. She teaches Dance Cardio World Rhythms on Tuesdays as well as Meditation, Mantra & Movement on Thursdays at 4pm.

In February of 2022, Sonia completed Foundations of Healing Touch® through Healing Beyond Borders.

Sonia is currently taking coursework at the Spiritual Arts Institute, located in Encinitas California, and has aspirations to become a Direct Divine Light Healer. Sonia has been meditating with the Divine Light for three years. The practice is based on the concept that one has the power to change circumstances in their life by working with specific light rays directed towards energy centers and the auric field.

Sonia continues to draw upon her experience from her years of teaching and training to create a safe and inviting space that fosters a connection to mind, body, and spirit.
