Dive into the breath experience

The central nervous system plays a pivotal role in shaping our physical and emotional experiences, and for those on a spiritual quest, it holds profound significance.

Through the focus and concentration of heat directed toward specific centers in the body, we activate a natural, harmonizing mechanism. When focused accurately, this process releases pent-up emotional traumas, dispels negative thought patterns, and brings about a state of equilibrium in physical emotional and mental well-being.

Upon achieving this goal, we usher in a fresh start commonly known as healing.

In Eastern mysticism, there exist ten methods to facilitate this innate process, catering to distinct individuals. Some excel in inner concentration, while others find their alignment through the discipline of physical movement.

Elongating brainwaves, clearing physical obstructions, and harmonizing the central nervous system opens pathways to the energetic layers which encase each individual.

This propels conscious awareness beyond the physical into the quantum field.

While our daily lives revolve around immediate surroundings, our awareness is inherently non-local, a key insight in the pursuit of True Awakening. The most direct route to these states involves Pranayama, thew body of knowledge that contains all of the teaching involving breath-work.

In this session led by Michael Brian Baker, participants will be introduced to a calming and rejuvenating breath exercise, guided through breath meditation, and offered an extended period of relaxation.

Session includes:

  • Inspirational and evidence-based teachings relevant to well-being during times of global and personal transition
  • Detailed instructions and tutorial of one accessible Pranayama practice for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefit
  • Guided, active Pranayama meditation practiced in a laying down position
  • Supplemental music and sound healing techniques
  • Extended resting period for restoration and integration

Note: The breath practice (more definitively referred to as pranayama) shared in this workshop is gentle, restorative, and done in the laying down position. It is not related to rebirthing, holotropic, or transformational breathwork, although many participants have been known to experience deep transformation that is within grasp and easy to assimilate. The pace will be done at an elongated pace, not intended for hyperventilation, hypoxia, or regression.

Open to individuals of all levels and belief systems, no experience required.
