Facilitator Bio:
Jessica Dibb, the co-president of the Global Professional Breathworkers Alliance (GPBA) and founder of the Inspiration Consciousness School and Community (www.inspirationcommunity.org), is a pioneering breathwork facilitator and integrative psychospiritual educator whose work bridges neuroscience, psychology, subtle energy, and awakening. Her forthcoming book, Breathwork and Psychotherapy: Clinical Applications for Healing and Transformation, offers a groundbreaking synthesis of conscious breathing as both a therapeutic modality and a path to expanded consciousness. In it, she illuminates how breath can be skillfully woven into clinical practice to support emotional regulation, trauma healing, cognitive integration, and embodied presence, while also opening the gateway to transpersonal states, spiritual breakthroughs, and sacred love. In this training, Jessica will lead 3–4 powerful sessions combining experiential breath journeys with integrative teaching. Topics will include the use of breathwork for emotional processing and relational healing, trauma-informed breathwork, and the breath’s role in cultivating presence and coherence in therapeutic and spiritual settings. Drawing on both ancient breath traditions and modern psychology, Jessica’s sessions will offer a rare depth of insight, making her teachings invaluable for therapists, facilitators, and sincere seekers alike. Her sessions are both profoundly experiential and intellectually rigorous, inviting participants to reclaim the breath as a living bridge between psyche and soul.
